payroll: SEIU Represented Temporary Employees

Due to changes in the SEIU contract, represented temporary employees are now eligible for Shift Differential (DSH) as long as they remain represented. This is the same for holiday premium pay (time and a half for hours worked on recognized SEIU holidays) that went into effect with the last contract.

Grant Keeney will be sending out a list each quarter to departments with represented temps for the following quarter. For the current quarter, ending with December pay, lists will go out by the end of this week. Since that is too late for DSH to be entered on November pay, please calculate what should have been reported and submit it with December's pay.

A new list will be pulled on January 1, 2016 to determine the represented temps for January, February, and March pays.
