Good afternoon.

As previously discussed, the website of the Oregon University System (OUS) has gone inactive.  UO Business Affairs harvested some relevant information from that site, and it is now available here: https://fpm.uoregon.edu/

Tabs included on this page:


*         Policy - The individual policy statements in the OUS Fiscal Policy Manual that became UO Policy on 7/1/14.



Several of these policy statements have been repealed by the UO Board of Trustees (as noted in the list).  The remaining Fiscal Policies will be included in the overall review of UO policies.  Please stay tuned to the website of the Policy Advisory Council (http://policies.uoregon.edu/content/policy-advisory-council-pac) for updates and opportunities for community input and public comment.



*         Account Codes - The list of Account Code Definitions is presented in a cascading/expanding format.  Click Expand to see the definition of the selected Account Code (including subsidiary Accounts).



*         Account Code Search - You can search for Account Codes by Type, Data-Enterable (Yes/No), Tax Reporting status, and/or Text String
