payroll: December Time Entry Instructions for Nonexempt Pay Related to GTFF Strike

Good Morning,

Welcome to the December time entry period!  This email is a follow-up to the instructions you received from Human Resources on December 10th regarding overload compensation associated with the strike for exempt faculty and exempt officers of administration.

The process for nonexempt employees is completely different, as Item 2 on the email indicated.  Payments for nonexempt employees related to the GTFF strike are to be processed by departments during time entry this month.

For nonexempt employees, some of the hours worked in conjunction with the GTFF strike may be both regular hours and overtime hours.  You will note that the instructions stipulate that that you enter Shift "3" and the central index, Z9STRK, when paying strike-related hours.
