payroll: 2014 TDI Universal Availability Notice

IRS 403(b) regulations mandate that employees who are eligible to participate in the 403(b) program must be notified annually of the availability of the program. A Universal Availability Notice was e-mailed to all eligible employees (with university email addresses) in April 2014, however there is a group of eligible employees who do not have a UO email address that were not notified at that time.



In order to attempt to reach this group and comply with the IRS requirements we are asking you to please print and post the Universal Availability Notice - 2014, http://www.opurp.org/sites/opurp1.uoregon.edu/files/TDI%20Annual%20Eligibility%20Poster%202014_rev6262014.pdf in your department where it will be visible to employees. Feel free to post it in as many areas as you want.
