payroll: Department Payroll Contacts List

Good Morning,

The Payroll Office would like to remind everyone that Payroll maintains a listing of Department Payroll Staff on the front page of the HRIS Banner Guide<https://bg.uoregon.edu/content/hris-human-resource-information-system> in the General Interest column. This listing dictates to whom manual check notifications are sent, and also provides the campus with a list of payroll contacts in the various departments on campus.

This listing is updated manually, so we depend on you to keep us informed as to changes that need to be made. Payroll prefers to have at least two representatives per timesheet org code when possible so that all departments have a second individual for us to notify.

If you feel you should be added to or removed from this list, or if your department timesheet org code is not represented, please me at notify me at kbartow1 at uoregon.edu<mailto:kbartow1 at uoregon.edu> so I can make the necessary changes.
