payroll: Accessing EMail Accounts

In an effort to encourage employees to take advantage of their UO email, Human Resources is sending notices to those Classified staff who have not activated their UO email account. The memo will include instructions for how to activate their account as well as some of the benefits of using email. We anticipate this will result in some questions and realize that you will be fielding most of those questions. As a result, we wanted to give you advanced notice that this effort is occurring.  Attached for your information is a copy of the letter employees with inactive email accounts will be receiving.
