payroll: Federal Work-Study Indices for FY 14

[BAO Payroll Office News]

The Federal Work-Study indices for Fiscal Year 14 have been posted on the Banner Guide, Student Section, under References and Policy.  See link at https://bg.uoregon.edu/node/922

The Payroll Office also updated the labor distributions for student employees who have active job(s) with Federal Work-Study indices, and the effective date is July 1, 2013.
