payroll: Work- Study Reports

If you have not already done so for April time entry, please run your PWIPAYR Work-Study Reports to verify the amount of funds remaining for student Work-Study wages.  The last day to use 2012-13 Federal and UO Work-Study awards is June 14 for undergraduate and graduate students. For a complete list of dates that you may use Federal or UO Work-Study Awards, please see the Work Study Calendar, http://ba.uoregon.edu/student/federal-uo-work-study-calendar .

Please correct any work-study overpayments immediately. Your help with the Work-Study reconciliation before the end of this fiscal year is greatly appreciated.
