payroll: Duck ID transition rescheduled to April 12

The upgrade to a new Duck ID website (duckid.uoregon.edu) has been rescheduled. The upgrade will begin at 7pm on Friday, April 12 and will run into the weekend. This project had originally been planned for March 25 and 26.



During the transition, customers will not be able to change or reset passwords or claim new Duck IDs.



The new site will offer an improved design and convenient, new features:



        Two new ways to reset your Duck ID password:



*         via email using an alternate email address

*         via text messages (carrier text message rates apply)



An expanded set of security questions, which makes it easier to pick questions and recall answers
