payroll: Important Payroll News - Annual Renewal Process for International Employees

Annual Renewal Process:



E-mails notifying international employees of the annual renewal process for tax-related payroll forms for calendar year 2013 were sent out on Friday, November 16th. The e-mails differed based on employee class (Student/Faculty) and if a tax treaty exists between the United States and the employee's country of residence.



The forms and documents are due in the Payroll Office by January 7, 2013.



In order to better assist employees with questions as they complete the forms, you may read the instructions and the specific e-mails on the Business Affairs Website at:
