payroll: Revised Classifications and Selective Salary Adjustments

A reminder that effective July 1, 2012, per Article 21, Sections 3
& 4 of the SEIU Collective Bargaining Agreement:

Section 3. New/Revised
Classification "…Graphic Artist 1-3 shall be allocated into the new
classification listed below and shall be placed in the new salary range
in the following manner:

* Graphic Designer - SR 21
* Senior Graphic
Designer - SR 24

_Section 4. Selective Salary Adjustments_ "…employees
in the classifications listed in Section 4(E) shall be placed in the new
salary range in the following manner….

Human Resources
will be preparing lists and notifying affected departments before
Friday, July 6 with the employee name, their new salary range, step and
any salary adjustments that need to be made. Once the department
receives the list, please review and confirm with Human Resources. The
lists will then be sent to payroll for uploading into Banner.
