HI Jolinda, mcverter users,
I have a large set of DICOM files which I have to sort and convert to Nifti. There are about 1 M files
in a flat structure, in a directory. I was wondering if mcverter will be able to convert these to Nifti volumes, if I
execute the routine with the top level directory as the input?
Also, is there any thing I can do in terms of pre-preparation / pre-sorting that would help me with
the conversion? I would really like to use mcverter on this set, as I have used this in the past and I am really happy
with its performance.
If this is not the right solution, what are some of the other utilities I can explore for conversion of large DICOM sets?
Thanks,
Sid.
