mriconvert: Volume interval differs from RepetitionTime by > 0.05%

Just double check that the time in the nifti file (pixdim4) is the value you expect. There’s been a problem with some sequences not reporting the correct times. Sometimes the volume interval is supposed to be different from the TR (eg, segmented EPI), but usually they are the same.
