mriconvert: MRIConvert 2.1.0 now available

Hello Andreas,

No, we no longer produce binaries for Big Cat OS X versions. You should 
be able to build your own using the source tarball. You will need XCode 
and wxWidgets installed, and will need to modify the command-line given 
in the README-SRC.txt file to match the SDK you have available 
(--with-macosx-sdk option) and to match the minimum OS version 
(--with-macosx-version-min).

I would be interested in hearing from people to see what version(s) they 
are running, are there many people still on pre-10.9.x OS X versions?
