mriconvert: MRIConvert 2.1.0 now available

We have released the latest version of MRIConvert, version 2.1.0. This 
release is mainly a maintenance release, fixing a few bugs in 
calculations. The change in minor point-release marks the complete 
removal of dependency on any third-party library for the build process 
aside from wxWidgets. Changes with this release include: - corrected 
calculation of total readout time - improved support for characters 
beyond the ASCII-127 set - simplified and more flexible output naming 
format in mcverter The new release is available for all supported 
platforms at the MRIConvert home page:
