mriconvert: custom metaimage header fields with mcverter

Hello everyone,

I am converting DICOM files to MetaImage files and was wondering if mcverter will support custom (DICOM) header fields using the MetaImage format. I know the GUI version supports it in the MetaImage options window, but I need a command line utility.

Looking into the code it seems that command line arguments depending on the output format are not in yet, will this be supported in future versions? Or is there another utility which can export additional header fields to the MetaImage format?
