mriconvert: New build of version 2.0.8 now available

The latest release of MRIConvert, version 2.0.8, was published from the 
wrong code revision set. The incorrect release will have an About dialog 
with "version 2.0.8, build 411".

The correct and currently available release is version 2.0.8, build 420.

The main change is the addition of Effective echo spacing and Total 
readout time to the Series Info window.

I apologize for any inconvenience this errant release may have caused.
