mriconvert: MRIConvert and total readout time

A sharp eyed user has discovered that the value output by MRIConvert in the “info.txt” file for total EPI readout time may in some cases differ substantially from the value calculated according to our wiki (lcni.uoregon.edu/kb-articles/kb-0003 <http://lcni.uoregon.edu/kb-articles/kb-0003>). The wiki is correct and MRIConvert is wrong. We will be getting a fix out ASAP but meanwhile, please calculate this value yourself instead of using the output of MRIConvert.
