mriconvert: Osirix Lite

The transfer syntax explains how to read the file, and MRIConvert (as well
as many other software programs) only supports certain transfer syntaxes.
It sounds like Osirix lite is using a compressed transfer syntax, such as
jpeg 2000, which is not supported by MRIConvert. Presumably there is a
setting in Osirix Lite that allows you to choose a different transfer
syntax. You say you think it is doing better. Does that mean you are no
longer getting this error?
