mriconvert: Version 2.0.7 now available

Hello Kiyotaka,
The Neurodebian distribution is handled by someone else, I do not have
direct access to that repository. I am developing a test suite that
should make the roll-out to Neurodebian easier, but it is not ready for
distribution yet.
I prefer system management through repositories, but sometimes the
versions I need are not there, so I install the old-fashioned way. I've
tried to make non-repository installation easy, and am open to
suggestions that would improve the process.
