mriconvert: Note: Mac OS X (Mountain Lion) fix

The most recent release of MRIConvert was subject to corruption in its 
configuration files, causing the MRIConvert GUI to fail to launch. Upon 
investigation, I have come up with a fix.

Look for the following files:

Library/Preferences/edu.uoregon.lcni.MRIConvert.plist
Library/Preferences/MRIConvert Preferences

and delete them, then run MRIConvert again. It appears that the default 
size of the window will be 1,1, so you will need to close MRIConvert via 
the menu and edit the newly-created "MRIConvert Preferences" file to set 
framewidth and frameheight to some reasonable values:

framewidth=685
frameheight=646

Launching MRIConvert again will produce a window of usable size.
