mriconvert: Latest release, for OS X

Hello Kiyotaka,

That is great news, I do not have Mavericks yet so I am not able to 
test. I was a bit concerned as I had some problems supporting Mountain 
Lion early on, which have since been resolved. Thank you for sharing 
this information.
