mriconvert: Latest release, for OS X

I've just published the latest release of MRIConvert for OS X on the 
MRIConvert web site.  This release is mainly a bug-fix release, 
addressing the crash-on-startup problem that has been observed. The 
binary has been tested on Snow Leopard, Lion and Mountain Lion and is 
available here:

I will publish installers for other supported architectures next week.
