mriconvert: Voxel size a bit off

Dear MRIConvert creator and users,
Thanks for making such a useful tool. It is really handy. Recently I
encountered an interesting thing when converting my Siemens 1.5T DICOM (IMA
files) to FSL Nifti format using the latest MRIConvert v2.0 rev 235. The
voxel dimension set for acquisition was 1x1x2 mm3 for all scans. Some, but
not all, resultant FSL Nifti files came out with a voxel size of
1x1x1.99994 mm3 or 1x1x1.99998 mm3. The voxel dimension interpreted by
other software such as dcm2niigui in MRICroN and DTIStudio were all 1x1x2
mm3. Well I guess it really doesn't affect much but it is interesting
MRICovert does it. I'm curious about why it happens, whether it is a
problem of my MRI acquisition a little bit off or the interpretation of the
software.
Thanks a lot.
Min
