mriconvert: MRIConvert revision 250

We have just published the latest revision of MRIConvert/mcverter, 
revision 250, for all supported platforms. This is a bug fix release 
with some minor enhancements, most notably the production of text files 
containing a number of DICOM parameters and _echoes files for 
multiple-echo sequences. Also included in the About dialog is an email 
address for technical support.
