di: Looking to buy DISTAR ARITHMETIC I

Hi,

I wish to purchase DISTAR Arithmetic I, so that I may provide my daughter her first instructional program in mathematics (like TYCTR, only this math program has been orders of magnitude more difficult to find second-hand). I understand the necessary components to be:
Teacher Presentation Books
Teacher Guide
Teacher Edition of Take-Home (workbooks)
Take-Home (workbooks)
Foam Boards and Geometric Figure Cards

I have none of these, and thus would appreciate any leads on any edition, 1975 or 1992 (L4Learning taught me that mixing a 1999 teacher edition with 2008 student workbook was entirely possible; please warn me if this is not so with DISTAR).
Last note: if anyone has advice on how to convince McGraw Hill to accept my purchase attempts as an individual, to allow full-price purchases of items that cannot be found elsewhere, please!
