di: query about DI in the workplace

Dear all,

I have been asked to write an article about DI's potential to improve the
skills of employees, and whether any companies have actually used any DI
programs (or modifications thereof) for that purpose.

In that regard, I'm trying to track down Alex Maggs, who was a professor of
education at Macquarie University back in the 1980s.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
