di: Locating second-hand "Essentials for Algebra" Presentation Book B

[Brent Paschall]

I'm using "Essentials for Algebra" for teaching two of my kids as home
school curriculum. I was able to get all of the materials except
Presentation Book #2 second-hand for a reasonable price. I've been keeping
an eye on Amazon, abebooks, thriftbooks, and ebay for Presentation Book 2,
but so far, no luck. Are there other places I should be looking for
second-hand DI materials?
