<b>April 24-25, 2026 in Cleveland, Ohio.</b> The conference theme is <i>Navigating Changing Times: Strengthening Our Voice and Fostering Resilience in Counseling Psychology.</i><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#212121">This year’s Great Lakes Counseling Psychology Conference theme reflects our collective commitment to advancing the values of Division 17: Society of Counseling Psychology (SCP) and promoting the well-being of
 the communities we serve. In a moment marked by political tension, increasing restrictions on mental health access, heightened threats to marginalized communities, and ongoing challenges to educational freedoms, counseling psychologists are uniquely positioned
 to respond with clarity, courage, and action. Our theme echoes the vision and goals of Current SCP President Dr. Delishia Pittman which call on us to deepen our commitment to collective liberation, expand our public-facing voice, and strengthen our professional
 community toward a “Radical Reimagining” of Counseling Psychology. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

We invite students, faculty, practitioners, and advocates to submit a proposal relevant to the conference theme. Presenters may submit proposals for the following presentation modes: symposia, roundtable discussions, or poster presentations. Each author or
 presenter is limited to a maximum of two submissions for this conference. We also invite undergraduate students to submit poster proposals on research topics related to counseling psychology for the Undergraduate Research Showcase (details upon proposal acceptance
