racism in their journeys from the margins and into the spotlight. We will deconstruct imposter phenomenon from a liberation-decolonial perspective and help you connect with your core essence, strengths, & passion. During the workshop, we will review general
interviewing tips for Pre-Doctoral Internships and specific skills to manage anxiety. Leaning on western and ancestral healing practices, we will cultivate a practice for grounding to support you as you embark on this phase of your journey. The workshop will
consist of experiential, didactic information and discussion.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

integral part of a pre-doctoral internship training for over a decade where she collaborated in developing the internship curriculum and annually served on the Internship Selection Committee.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
