investigate the impact of Covid-19 and discrimination on well-being. In this study, you will be asked to complete a survey, which should take approximately 15 minutes. This study has received Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval through the University

known risks for your participation in this study. There are no foreseeable risks other than possible discomfort in answering personal questions. There are no known direct benefits for your participation, but the information collected may be helpful to others
and the Asian American community. This web-based survey through Qualtrics is confidential. Qualtrics does not collect identifying information such as your name, email address, or IP address. Therefore, your responses will remain confidential, but absolute
