<div dir="ltr">I hope this e-mail finds you all as well as possible given the state of everything. I'm doing outreach today on behalf of my project team to make a final request for data collection on the project described below in advance of an upcoming deadline.
We're trying to do something a bit unique and rather difficult: Collect from counseling psychology programs as much <u style="font-weight:bold">within-program</u> data, from both faculty and students, as possible. That is, multiple faculty as well as multiple
students from within programs. Please note that we do not intend to label programs; we just want to be able to describe both between- and within-program observations in a general sense. Thus, program names will be coded and removed before analyses are performed. </div>

<div dir="ltr">With our population being small and over-sampled, data collection has been an expected uphill battle. I know everyone is very busy, especially lately; however, our team would be grateful if you would each yourselves <u style="font-weight:bold">consider

You are invited to participate in a research project aimed at understanding the current state of antiracism training in counseling psychology doctoral programs in the United States. If you are currently a student or faculty member in an APA-accredited counseling
psychology doctoral program in the United States and are 18 years or older, you qualify for this study. </p>
<p style="margin-right:0in; margin-left:0in; font-size:medium; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif; vertical-align:baseline">
Study participants will be asked to complete an online survey, which will take approximately 25 to 30 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, if you are a faculty member, you will also be asked to upload any syllabi for any courses that you teach that
reflect antiracism, multiculturalism, diversity, or social justice topics. These syllabi or can be de-identified before submission will be de-identified before data analysis. </p>

While there are no direct benefits from participating in this study, results might lead to increasing your insight and awareness around antiracism training in your program. <i> </i></p>
