Subject: cpsylist: Congratulations Dr. Wyatt Wing!

Dear all,

Please join me in congratulating Wyatt Wing who successfully defended his dissertation today. His dissertation focused on examining the relationships between perceived social support and mental health outcomes in older adulthood, looking at variations based on biological sex and partnership type. His dissertation committee included Drs. Clare Evans (UO Sociology), Jessica Cronce, John Seeley, and myself.

Wyatt's cohort mates, other members of the CPSY community, and his friends and family came to support and celebrate with him. I was touched by the strong bonds that students in our academic community have, and how they nurture and support each other. It has truly been a pleasure to work with Wyatt the past 5 years. Many congrats, Wyatt! We wish you good luck in your future endeavors.

Best,
Atika
