Good morning,



I am Beatriz Suro, a doctoral candidate in the Counseling Psychology program at Lehigh University. I am excited to invite you to take part in my dissertation study and/or share this link with anyone you know might be interested in participating!



The purpose of the study is to explore the relationships between multicultural competencies and social justice advocacy efforts on behalf of immigrants among mental health trainees and practicing psychologists.



In order to participate, you must self-identify and meet all of the following criteria:

1) At least 18 years of age

2)    Currently enrolled or identify as one of the following:

a.     Counseling psychology doctoral program, (Ph.D/Psy.D)

b.     Clinical psychology doctoral program (Ph.D/Psy.D)

c.     Early career psychologist (received their Ph.D./PsyD in psychology in the last 5 years or less; licensed/unlicensed)

3)    Currently engaging in clinical work (practicum/internship, post-doctoral fellowship, or are practicing psychologists)

The survey includes questions about your experiences that are related to your clinical work, your perceived multicultural competence, and social justice efforts on behalf of immigrants. All participants will be eligible to participate in a drawing for one out of fifteen $30 amazon gift cards for compensation purposes. You will have one in-twenty one-chance of being randomly selected to receive a $30 amazon gift card.



This project has been reviewed and approved by the Lehigh University Institutional Review Board (IRB) (IRB # 1807144-2).
