Greetings CPSY community,

This email is just to acknowledge the news from Ukraine that Russia has escalated into open war. Everyone is very busy rushing from one commitment to the next and it is hard to find a minute to process what this means. It certainly adds another dimension to the anxiety and distress we are already collectively (and unequally) experiencing.  Compassion fatigue is real. Please try to unplug and unwind when you can, ask for support when you need it, and connect with the people who help you feel whole. One day at a time.
