cpsylist: Annual Evaluation Materials due date DELAYED

Hello everyone.

You have received the email below from Danette regarding annual review materials.  I have checked on this today, and there was a mis-communication about this. You should have gotten this many weeks ago, and it should have gone to all students AND faculty, but it seems that may not have happened, or just did not happen.

So, I apologize for adding this last -minute stress to your already stressful lives. And let's modify this "ASAP" deadline, given this situation and the incredible year we have already had.

Please submit the materials as indicated, but please just take until the end of the year for this - that is - Let's set a deadline of Exam week instead - Wednesday June 9th by the end of the day.  What this means is that you will have your advisor input on your year probably BEFORE your materials are turned in, and advisors will only go into TK20 to make comments and provide "ratings" for you after June 9.  But such is our year!

Your advisor has authority to change this due date.

Faculty- you okay with this?  If not, work out your own thing with your advisees.

Meanwhile- students please work out with your advisor arranging any end-of-year meetings and reflections on the year, plans for summer, goals, etc. as you normally would do at the end of the year.

Again, sorry to add stress and confusion.

I’m resending this email because some students may not have received it.  I am also letting you know the deadline for finishing and uploading these documents and providing them to your advisor.

They are due ASAP, and by Friday May 28th, at the very latest.



Students should complete/upload the following to Tk20:



1. CPSY Student Competency self-assessment

2. CPSY Student Progress Report

3. CV upload

4. CPSY Practicum and Externship Hours/Activities

5. Time-2-Track upload
