Study Recruitment: Self-Care, Pandemic-Related Stress, and Well-Being among Psychology Trainees

Dear Prospective Participants,



My name is Ning Tang, and I am a doctoral student in counseling psychology at the University of Akron under the supervision of Dr. Ingrid Weigold (weigold at uakron.edu). I am writing to seek participants for my thesis, a quantitative study on the perceived emphasis of self-care, self-care engagement, COVID-19-pandemic-related stress, and psychological well-being among psychology trainees.



To participate in the study, you must:

  *   Currently enrolled in an APA-accredited psychology doctoral program
  *   Currently live in the United States
  *   Over the age of 18
  *   Not having been on internship yet

The online survey will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely anonymous -- no identifying information about you or your program will be collected.



Upon completion of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win one of five $30 Amazon Gift Cards. Providing your email for the drawing is completely voluntary. Your email address will not be connected to your survey response.
