Dear Student Colleagues,
Here is some important information regarding externship evaluations. Your externship supervisor should receive a link that enables them to complete your evaluation in Tk20 (week 10 of each term). Please double check with them.
Your task is to get a copy of that evaluation to the externship instructor (currently, Benedict), to Danette (for your files), and your advisor, since we can't get to your evaluation in tk20.
Here is how to download a pdf of your evaluation so that you can send it to them (screenshots attached).
1. From the tk20 binder, click on the 'Assessment' tab.
2. Click the link of the evaluation that you want to print.
3. Click the 'Print-Friendly View' link at the top of the evaluation.
4. The evaluation will open in a separate tab of the window and from there the student can print to pdf.
Please download all such copies of your evaluations for externship to keep for your own records. We will audit your file for evaluations (and signed summary logs!) for all externships and practica when you apply for internship. I highly recommend that you be proactive and work with Danette to ascertain what may be missing well before then!
Have a great break,
Ellen
