Springfield Family Physicians (SFP) is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant (IBHC) who is licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist or LCSW in the state of Oregon. Currently our team is made of 3.5FTE IBHCs and 2FTE Primary Care Behavioral Health Care Managers who manage scheduling, referrals, patient calls, and community resources.
