The Health Professions Program would appreciate your support in spreading the word about the Margaret J. Wiese scholarship. This annual scholarship is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students who have an interest in health and family related matters, particularly in health preservation and enhancement, health education, nutrition and/or family health and well-being. As your program works with students who may be interested in these areas, we would like to ask that you send them the following message about this exciting opportunity.

The Health Professions Program invites you to apply for the Margaret J. Wiese scholarship, which honors outstanding students who have an interest in health and family related matters, particularly in health preservation and enhancement, health education, nutrition and/or family health and well-being. If you are interested in any of these areas, we encourage you to read through the review criteria and application instructions on our website<http://healthprofessions.uoregon.edu/competitive/#scholarships>.
Who is eligible? Juniors, seniors, post-baccalaureate, and graduate students who graduated from an Oregon high school and will be enrolled at UO during the 2020-2021 academic year.
How to apply: The application process is now available on the UO Scholarship Dashboard<https://financialaid.uoregon.edu/scholarships#apply>. Use this convenient system to apply for health-related scholarships and other university scholarships (e.g. DES, general university, and more).
* Deadline: Scholarship applications must be submitted by Friday, February 21st
