Hello,

My name is Jennifer Craig and I am a doctoral candidate at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology (WSPP).  I am emailing you to ask for your participation in my dissertation study examining perceptions of clients held by doctoral students in clinical or counseling psychology programs.  My dissertation chair is Angela Zapata, PhD and this study has been reviewed and approved by WSPP’s Human Subjects Research Committee (HSRC). For this study, you will be asked to read a vignette, answer questions based on the vignette, complete a survey, and answer some demographic information. The survey is online and should take about 15-20 minutes. In order to participate in this study, you must be a student enrolled in a doctoral clinical or counseling psychology program.  Additionally, you must either have taken or be currently enrolled in a diversity class.


Your responses will be recorded on Survey Monkey, but will be anonymous and no personally identifying information (name, date of birth, etc.) will be recorded.  At the end of the study you will have the opportunity to enter into a raffle to receive a $20 Amazon gift card. If you choose to enter the drawing, you will be self-identifying as a participant.  However, your email address cannot and will not be linked in any way to your responses. In addition, after you are entered into the drawing, your email will be deleted.
