cpsylist: Update on TK20 and Annual evaluations and reviews

Hi All-
We are now approved to have all CPSY students enroll in TK20.  Dr. Julie Wren and team are editing now and you will have access before the end of May.  The exception is for those of you leaving at the end of this year for internship and those of you currently on internship (so if this smaller group includes you, delete this email now).

You will soon get an email about how to enroll in TK20. It's pretty straightforward.

You will use the TK20 portal to complete your 2018-19 annual student reviews. Your annual review materials are due by 5:00pm on May 30.  The good news is that you can start completing these materials now, before you access TK20 - see below.

Once you are set up in TK20, there are three tasks:


1.       Fill out the annual review data requested - both checklists as well as your self-reflection narratives related to 9 program competencies. Do this as soon as you can after you have access and by no later than 5pm, May 30.

2.       You will upload your current CV

3.       You will upload your current transcripts (PDF, or whatever format works)

Faculty will then review and create our responses and feedback within TK20.

To avoid the rush - and until the portal is ready - here is what you can do now:


1.       Update your CV.

2.       Look at the attached draft copies of what you complete in TK20. These are the same as in past years. Develop your narrative responses to the prompts. Create them in MSWord and then once you have access to TK20 just block and copy your responses and self-reflections into TK20.

The non-narrative forms, attached, would be better to simply complete within TK20. But I am sending this information so you get the whole picture of what is involved in the annual review. All of you except first years did this last year.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns and we will try to work them out by May 30.
