Student Researchers,
The SPICE Program is looking for paid summer research interns to conduct mixed methods educational data collection during the SPICE summer science camps for middle school aged girls.

Position Description:
Two or more researchers are needed to help collect, code and transcribe data for a project evaluating the impacts of an informal science outreach program on middle school aged girls science identities and attitudes. Research assistants will administer surveys and other research instruments, lead focus group interviews, and conduct observations. Research assistants will work closely with the principal investigator to ensure fidelity of observations, implementation and coding. 50+ hours of work total for the months of July & August. The bulk of data collection will be between July 8-19 and August 5-16th. This is an excellent chance to get hands on experience conducting mixed methods research in education.
For-credit internships are also available.
