cpsylist: Beaver Freezer Registration 2/4!

Good morning y’all!

As is tradition, the Beaver Freezer will be happening in April. It’s a great opportunity to 1) engage in health behaviors :) 2) have a good time trying to beat faculty in a sprint triathlon 3) drink beer and eat snacks afterwards and 4) make your way into the annual beaver freezer photo!

The freezer typically consists of:
500yd Pool swim 
12 mi bike ride 
5k run 

If swimming isn’t your game, you can do a duathlon consisting of just the bike and run!

If the long distance isn’t your thing? Join up with one or two pals and complete a relay :).
