cpsylist: End of year eval materials

Hi all -
It is that wonderful time of year when you get to submit all of your materials required for your end of year student evaluation.
Please check out the list of required materials in your handbook. There are elements related to your own portfolio and accomplishments and records, as well as elements related to program information and accrediting information that we need to APA.  Please complete all materials as instructed in your handbook and submit them by the deadline (it might be May 1 - but take a look).  Most of you have done this before - so please share wisdom among yourselves.
