Hi Benedict, I hope you're both well!

We have posted a Staff Psychologist position and a Mental Health Counselor position at Colgate, so please pass this along if you can. We are likely going to hire one or the other, so applicants who are qualified for both should apply to both. We have a very strong counseling center that is incredibly supportive of individual growth through professional development and supervision. We also have a strong group therapy program. We are particularly interested in candidates who have knowledge and experience in supporting students of color and/or international students as well as college campus outreach. We are open to all theoretical orientations. The center, in my opinion, is particularly effective because of the diverse approaches the staff members take to counseling and its collaborative nature.
