Hi all-
This is very good news for all of us. If you have a question - please let me know. This is even more encouragement for you to finish the Big-D before leaving for internship.  You can now take a leave during internship year (always true) but now do not need to register for any credit the term that you graduate ( as savings of $500-$1000).

Hi all,

Starting with SUMMER term 2018, DOCTORAL students in school, counseling,
and clinical psychology who have completed (completely completed!) their
dissertations prior to doing APA approved internships may go "on leave"
during the internship and graduate after completing their internships
without having to enroll in 1 credit at the UO during the term they
graduate.

The requirement that these students register for 1 credit in the term
they graduate has been eliminated.
