cpsylist: Elementary School Connections to Assist with Study Recruitment?

Afternoon all,

My students and I are actively recruiting 8-10 year old children for a study on eating behaviors and cognition. We are recruiting a rural sample and have had invaluable assistance from several local elementary schools, including Creslane and Veneta. We are hoping for another big recruitment push for this spring and summer. Does anyone have any personal connections with any of the following schools?

I hope that these pilot data will inform the development of a school-based intervention for getting kids moving and eating healthier so it would be my hope that we could build a relationship that would address any concerns that they may have relevant to these beahviors.
