Thanks for all of you who responded so quickly to my email request.

A couple of you cannot make this time so very sorry about that. But nearly everyone could meet on the Tuesday 12-12:45 time. This is a required meeting.
I extended the time a bit (to 1pm) so if you can stay until 1pm - great!!  We'll have food for all of you.
