Greetings all-
I have been working on deets for the APA site visit on March 5-6. Below is ALL DRAFT.
I need to get large groups confirmed.

Please help with the following:
BIG GROUP 1:

1. Students (through your reps, SALA leadership, other) please let me know what are ideal blocks of times for students to meet with the site visit team?

Meeting format might vary but often the 3 site visitors like to meet in 3 groups: early career (1st and 2nd years) mid-career (3rd and 4th years) and late career (5th and 6th years) students. Subject to change.

Currently, I have the students meeting scheduled for Monday March 5 from 3:40-4:40 pm

BIG GROUPS 2,3,4:

2. Faculty (and students if you have ideas) please be prepared to discuss Friday at our EXEC faculty meeting who to invite to these large group meetings:

a. alumni meeting with site team

(currently scheduled for Monday March 5 from 4:40-5:30 pm)

b. non-CPSY affiliated faculty meeting with site team (PREV, SPSY, EMPL, etc.)

(currently scheduled for Monday March 5 from 2:00-3:00 pm)

c. Externship and off-site practicum supervisors (tied in to PSI visit)

(currently scheduled for Tuesday 9-10 am)

BIG GROUP 5:

3. Site team will have a meeting at and tour of UCC on campus (representative of our first year clinical training)

Currently I have the UCC meeting set up for Monday March 5 from 10:00-11:15am

4. Site team will have a meeting and tour of PSI/CFC. This is for multiple reasons.

(a) to show part of our research and child family training operation

(b) provide a good place (better parking) to meet with off-campus externship supervisors (see 2.c. above)

(c) Demonstrate a location for much student funding

Currently, I have the PSI meeting and tour set for Tuesday, March 6 from 8:30-10:00 am.

BIG GROUP 6:

5. Exit Interview - this will be on Tuesday March 6 from 3-4 pm or so - everyone is invited. Bring your mom.

More to come: Let me know if you see any glaring problem.
